Cave Fin Bec is a Swiss winery in the heart of the Valais wine-growing region of Sion, which has now been run devotedly for more than 16 years by Yvonne and Yvo Mathier. With their exceptional wine compositions, they always strive for perfection and want to offer their customers an experience for all the senses.
To give something back to nature, they pay special attention to sustainability and organic quality. Therefore, short production and distribution channels are a vital topic for Fin Bec. This perfection is also reflected in the many awards and certificates.
To make their website as tasteful and high-quality as their wine, Cave Fin Bec commissioned Freundbild to redesign it. The integrated shop should also shine in new glamour and make it a breeze to work with by adding clever appointment booking functions.
Before the relaunch of the website, the structure and layout of the individual pages were very confusing and half-baked. Fin Bec wanted to counteract this with a contemporary, user-friendly design.
Particularly challenging in this project were the development of new functions in the online shop and a design concept that Fin Bec could identify with 100%.
After the relaunch of the website and the integrated shop, all data is now processed in a uniform and efficient manner. The new design and the clear structure make browsing for a new wine much more pleasant. In addition to the familiar products and categories, new content has also found its place.
In the first step, the design concept was worked out, developed and implemented in close cooperation with Fin Bec. Then the bilingual website was adapted and restructured. To make the work more efficient and easier, the appointment booking tool was integrated and tailored exactly to the needs of Cave Fin Bec.
At the same time, the entire content was revised, translated and in some cases newly created. The newsletter was also adapted to the new UX design so that the new corporate identity is communicated through all channels. Finally, the website went online and was subsequently presented to the customers via social media communication.
