FREY ADV GmbH from Königs Wusterhausen (D) has been an internationally recognized provider of IT solutions for the German healthcare market for over 35 years. The current software QUINCY, which is used by approximatley 4.000 medical practices of all occupational groups, forms and sizes, belongs to the Top 10 practice administration systems in Germany. The company is also involved in the development of secure communication solutions for the healthcare market as part of the telematics infrastructure (TI).
UX design and usability optimization
Due to the successful cooperation with Freundbild since 2011, Frey relied on the many years of experience of Freundbild's UX designers to optimize the user experience of their innovative medical practice software QUINCY.
In addition, we supported the online sales of the telematics infrastructure (TI) starter package with UX design and the development of special landing pages including the ordering process. The TI is supposed to network all participants in the health care system in order to be able to exchange patient information securely across sectors and systems.
After a comprehensive analysis, Freundbild was able to optimize the user experience of the medical practice software QUINCY and thus make everyday practice easier for several thousand users. From documentation to invoicing, QUINCY users are now guided intuitively through the application.
By creating several landing pages, Frey's sales team was relieved and positively supported. Using the integrated form, the user is now guided simply and self-explanatory through the ordering process.
